Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged / Defective Items: Any damage or defect must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and unboxing video as proof.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Exchanges: Subject to stock availability, you may exchange the item for a different product or design.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds: Once the returned item passes our quality check, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the return, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect/damage.
