Damaged / Defective Items: Any damage or defect must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and unboxing video as proof.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Exchanges: Subject to stock availability, you may exchange the item for a different product or design.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds: Once the returned item passes our quality check, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the return, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect/damage.

Shipping Policy
We ship to all destinations in INDIA which depends upon serviceability. Delivery time varies based on location, but most are delivered between 7-12 days of order being confirmed.
If you are not available to take deliver when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier partner will notify you. Therefore, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to us. In case of a prepaid order, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
